How long do I keep the bins?
Each package includes a 7-day rental. An additional week is $59, subject to inventory availability.
What’s included?
Your package includes clear reusable moving bins, the listed number of dollies, labels, and standard-area delivery and pickup.
Do you deliver and pick up?
Yes. BOXLESS delivers empty bins before your move and retrieves them after you unpack within the standard service area.
Can I extend my rental?
Ask us about another week when we confirm your reservation. Extensions depend on inventory availability.
What if my destination is outside the service area?
You can request an out-of-area quote. We’re also tracking demand as we plan future coverage.
What happens if something is damaged or lost?
We’ll review the details with you during reservation confirmation before any payment is collected.
Do I need tape?
No. The bins have heavy-duty lids, so there’s no box assembly or tape needed.
Are bins cleaned between customers?
Yes. Bins are cleaned and inspected between customer uses.
What can’t I put inside?
We’ll share the current prohibited-items guidance when we confirm your reservation.
What if my move date changes?
Contact us as soon as you can. We’ll work with you based on the launch schedule and available inventory.
